Sterling Drop from England Squad against Montenegro

The England national team head coach, Gareth Southgate has drop the Man City talisman from his squad against Montenegro. The three Lions will face Montenegro in the European qualifiers today at the Wembley Stadium.

Southgate takes the decision to drop Sterling from today’s game when the player had a clash with his country -man Joe Gomez in their match against Liverpool at Anfield. Due to that, the FA and the coach have decided to drop him for today as a form of punishment for the incident.The match ended 3-1 in favour of Liverpool and it has help them to extend the point difference in the EPL.

The 24 year old has come out to apologise to his mate but the decision of the coach has been taken already. He will join the team again on Sunday when they meet Kosovo in the same qualification. Southgate men can book their ticket in the 2020 European Championship when they beat Montenegro tonight at Wembley
